This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is meant to inform you about the policies at Mason Wells, Inc., its affiliates, and related entities (collectively, “Mason Wells”) regarding the collection and use of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) through the Mason Wells website (the “Site”).  If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not access, submit information to or otherwise use the Site.

What Information Does Mason Wells Collect?

Data you give us

Personal Information. Mason Wells may collect Personal Information consisting of your name, street address, telephone number, e-mail address, and fax number and will collect any other information you elect to provide us. We collect Personal Information when you submit such Personal Information to Mason Wells through the Site. For instance, on the Site, you might submit Personal Information to Mason Wells when contacting Mason Wells via the Site or signing up for our newsletter.

Sensitive Data. Sensitive Data” is any data that requires enhanced security measures or additional legal obligations, such as data that reveals your precise geolocation, social security numbers, tax EINs, driver’s license data, financial account information, genetic information, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, or that involves genetic or biometric data or data concerning health or sexual orientation. ReCaptcha. We may use and implement ReCaptcha, a Google tool to help fight spam and misuse on our Sites.    Use of ReCaptcha is subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.  As a result, certain of your Personal Information may be disclosed to Google for this purpose.

Social Media. We are active on social media, including LinkedIn (“Social Media”). You may comment on Social Media regarding Mason Wells and our services.

Anything you post on Social Media is public information and will not be treated confidentially. We may post (or re-post) on the Site and our Social Media pages any comments or content that you post on our Social Media pages. You agree to hold Mason Wells and its affiliates harmless and without liability for the results of any and all content you post on Mason Well’s Social Media.

Nevertheless, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. As a result, while Mason Wells strives to protect your Personal Information, Mason Wells cannot ensure or warrant the security of any Personal Information you transmit to us.

What Choices Do I Have Regarding Collection, Use, and Distribution of My Information?

What Steps Is Mason Wells Taking to Safeguard Children’s Privacy?

Mason Wells does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 years of age. Should a child who we know to be under 13 years of age sends us Personal Information, we will immediately delete such information from our database. If you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at info@masonwells.com so that we may delete such information.
