Armis Durable Labels Names Frank Patton Chief Financial Officer

A highly accomplished financial executive with a proven track record of driving growth, operational performance, and value creation across private equity-backed and multinational environments, Frank will play a pivotal role in strengthening Armis’s financial foundation and driving equity value creation as the Company continues to execute on its growth strategy.

Over his career, Frank has played a key role in multiple successful exits generating significant shareholder value and has consistently partnered with executive leadership teams to deliver strategic and financial results. Most recently, Frank served as Chief Financial Officer at SV Labs Corporation, where he led corporate finance, IT, legal, and risk management while helping position the business for long-term growth and potential exit opportunities. Prior to that, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Kilcoy Global Foods North America, where he spearheaded strategic planning initiatives, digital transformation efforts, and financing improvements that significantly enhanced EBITDA performance and operational efficiency. Frank brings deep expertise in building high-performing teams and scalable financial processes, strategic planning and financial leadership, operational and cost optimization, and M&A, due diligence, and integration.
